To do this, interact with the lucky wheel then push the left stick up and quickly pull it down to give it a strong spin, allowing you time to set up the next step. On PS4, press and hold the PS button to bring up the quick menu, then hover over the close application option and hit X twice if you don't get the prize you want. For xbox one, wait until you see what the outcome of your spin is going to be, then if you're not happy with it quickly press the xbox button, scroll to GTA 5 and press the menu button then choose quit. PC users can simply press their defined keyboard shortcut to quit once the result is seen.

To set this up, you need the lucky wheel to be resting on the clothing wedge two sections to the right of the vehicle wedge, as pictured above. You can ensure this set up is in place by playing a solo or invite only online session, otherwise you'll need to hope that nobody else has already spun the wheel in your casino – if they have, find a new session and try again or back out to the single player game and start a new solo/invite only session.
With the lucky wheel starting in the correct location, enter the spinning minigame then hold the left stick diagonally up and left between the 10-11 o'clock position. Wait a couple of seconds then gently bring the stick down while still pushing left – done correctly, the lucky wheel will slowly rotate once and land on the vehicle wedge, as shown in the gif above. You may need to experiment with the angle you hold the stick and speed you move it downwards, but as before you can quickly quit the game if you don't land the prize you're aiming for then reload for another go.
Note that although we were able to successfully replicate this method initially, as seen in the GIF above, we are struggling to do it now which may suggest a hotfix has been applied.

Technically all you're doing here is pushing the stick a certain way or quitting the game, but using the GTA online lucky wheel glitch is still gaming the system in order to secure a higher value prize. GTA online players have uncovered a brand new glitch in the game’s casino that guarantees the featured supercar.
After years of waiting, rockstar games finally swung open the doors to grand theft auto online’s casino on july 23 - renaming the north vinewood location to the diamond casino and resort.
While the long-awaited addition added a ton of new content like cars, housing, and clothing, it hasn’t been without its problems. Players have reported issues with the casino’s stability and plenty of exploits that allow them to rack up insane amounts of chips and cash. And still, despite patches from rockstar, players have noted a fresh method to guarantee an incredibly expensive car.

In a discussion on the gtaonline subreddit, a number of users pointed out that the new ‘four-second method’ on the game’s lucky spin wheel will hand over the showcase car that players see when they walk into the casino.
Players would need to have a ‘fresh wheel’ - one that has the clothing reward selected - before trying to spin four seconds after the game prompts them to. Other players also noted that there is no necessary power at which players need to spin, but the method “practically guarantees the podium car” if they flick down quickly on the left stick.
While rockstar moved quickly to quell the recent inside track exploit, which pretty much allowed players to control the race, the developers have not yet found a way to stop players from taking unlimited spins on said lucky wheel.
Whether or not they are actively looking into this new glitch or not is unknown, but it is clearly a method that shouldn’t be in GTA V considering these podium cars are not meant to be easily won.
Players who attempt to pull off the strategy should be aware that they could face repercussions in the future if the developers begin clamping down on these exploits.

Everyone who completes all six casino missions will receive an armoured version of the enus paragon R, which is exclusive to those players. By completing the second co-op mission, titled "house keeping", you earned an exclusive white and blue ink inc. Livery for the truffade thrax along with a matching tee (pictured above). However, you needed to earn these before august 7, 2019 to claim the rewards listed, and although rockstar are introducing further rewards for completing these missions there are currently no more vehicle-related items to unlock.

Usually, you head to the casino, get in line for your spin and cross your fingers. You’ll then spin and most likely get a measly cash or XP prize, maybe a few chips, then you’ll go on your merry way, either leaving the casino or going for a quick game of blackjack with your GTA buddies. After the 24 hour cooldown, you repeat the process again, most likely to no avail. Now… if you follow the instructions I’ll shortly give you, you’ll be able to bypass the 24 hour period and spin again, and again, and again and again. Unlimited spins and unlimited prizes. Follow closely and in turn expect a brand new addition to your garage.
If the thought of a new car doesn’t satisfy your taste buds then maybe the mystery item will. It’s pretty hard to get but if you do it’s either a big fat disappointment or an absolute godsend. The latter usually being a brand new vehicle, be it a war stock vehicle or be it the legendary lost slamvan. If you do get the mystery item and you don’t happen to like what you receive, you can always simply follow the process again and get another spin. We’re all winners here – even if we’re cheating.
How to use the GTA online lucky wheel glitch
When you begin the glitch, keep in mind that if the prize you receive isn’t what you want, you must quit the game as quickly as possible. The process starts by approaching the lucky spin wheel, this is in the first room of the casino near the chip dealer. Interact with the wheel, then take the left stick and push it up, next quickly and abruptly pull the left stick down. This produces a strong spin, you’ll need the strong spin to create a longer period of time to perform the next step of the glitch. The next step is console specific so follow the instructions that apply to you.
For xbox players:
Spin the wheel like described before, then wait to see the awarded prize. If the prize is not to your liking, very quickly press the home button, swiftly scroll down to GTA V in the menu and hit the menu button (3 horizontal lines). Next, when the little submenu pops up, press quit in the app.
For PS4 players:
Just like the xbox method, spin the wheel. This time you can open up your menu whilst it’s spinning. Hover your cursor over quit game and wait for the spin to complete. Should the prize be not what you want double tap X.
For PC players:
PC players get it the GTA online lucky wheel glitch slightly easier. Spin the wheel, if the prize isn’t what you want, hit your designated shortcut to quit the app. Just make sure you have a shortcut for this.
Once this step is done, you will be able to load up the game again and repeat the process with no 24 hour waiting period. Although rockstar has blessed us with ridiculous loading times so loading GTA does take a good few minutes. The process of loading in can be slightly shortened, just open up your settings, go to savings and startup, click on the startup flow menu and set GTA online as your default. This stops you loading directly into story mode than having to sit through a second loading screen to transfer to online. Also, you can set your spawn in your interaction menu to the casino, this means you don’t have to travel across the map from spawning at your apartment. If you happen to get the prize you want then congrats, just make sure you don’t accidentally quit before you receive it.

Realistically we’re doing nothing wrong with the GTA online lucky wheel glitch, just quitting the game.
